Second Interactive Prototype

This version included numerous bug fixes and the following
design changes:
- Color, grouping and icons made the interplay between the
control panel and the display much clearer.
- The chart grid was placed in a scrolling panel, allowing
an arbitrary number of charts to be placed in the grid for
comparison, while still aligning each chart to the corresponding
information in the headers.
- Real survey data was used, though it was hardcoded into
the application, so the survey, question, and response labels
in the column and row headers were more intuitive. The charts
were generated remotely on the server, but fake data was
still used.
- Removed the Export List from the control panel. Naming
the reserved items temporarily so they could be distinguished
later for the final save and naming process was a design
problem and largely depended on the user to name the items
in a descriptive way. Instead, we placed Export buttons
on each chart so that each chart could be individually exported
and its file named at that time.
- A new menu bar included the chart/data view options, and
a placeholder for help and other as yet unimplemented features.
- Tooltips were added to improve understanding of the longer
text components in the interface, such as long survey questions.
